Job Details:
We are currently seeking an energetic, dynamic individual to join our team as an IT recruiter account manager. Key responsibilities include candidate identification, database management, internet mining, resume screening, cold calling clients and client relationship building. Developing successful relationships with candidates and clients and keeping them apprised on a timely basis. You must work well within a team oriented environment and be able to juggle multiple competing tasks and projects.
This is a position that rewards success. First year realistic salary for a hard working entry level recruiter/account manager would be in the 30-70k range. Year’s 2-4 salary is between 50-150k+. Experienced IT Agency recruiters can expect to make 100-200k+ first year.
