- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- 3+ years of industrial experience, as a Plant Engineer Engineer, Project Engineer or, Electrical Process Engineer managing projects and improving production processes
- High proficiency with machine level controls such as PLCs & Drives
- Demonstrated experience with CAD tools such as AutoCAD, etc.
- Strong problem solving abilities with the willingness to work on the manufacturing floor in a hands-on, get dirty engineering role .
