Salesforce Administrator/ Developer
My client has a full time opening for a Salesforce Administrator/ Developer. This is a newly created role and you will be the sole Salesforce professional on staff for the time being. The ideal candidate will have experience with as much of the following as possible:
- Salesforce Service Cloud
- Configuration and maintenance of Salesforce
- Custom development Salesforce tasks
- Salesforce integration and implementation experience
- Dashboard and reporting experience
- Salesforce best practices
- Case Management
- Experience in a call center environment is preferred
This role will work closely with the business and IT teams. You must have great communication skills. Experience with Salesforce Development and .Net / C# Development is a huge plus!
