Social Media Marketing Manager
A growing construction and management company is looking for a Marketing Associate to join their team. Experience working in the industry handling the marketing aspects of the job are required.
- Utilize social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness
- Works closely with recruiting/marketing teams to create promotional plans for specific target growth
- Creates a database of candidates and manages internal applicant tracking system
- Coordinates interviews
- Attends trade shows, networking events, happy hours, lunch and learns
- Follows up on new business opportunities and current leads
- Sets up meetings for the Recruiting Team
