Pool Supply Customer Service Representative:
We have an outstanding reputation and are looking for employees who match our company's image and deliver an outstanding Customer Experience at every level. We are looking for a hardworking, personable person to fill a full time Customer Service position.
If you are employed by another pool/spa company and are looking to move to the next level we are looking for you and will beat most compensation packages.
Compensation: Pay/Benefits - Commensurate with Experience
Responsibilities:
- Answering and screening phone calls
- Dispatching/Scheduling service appointments
- Advise/Provide customers with information on products/services
- Create/Update customer profile records
Requirements:
- Customer service experience required in the Pool/Spa Industry
- Knowledge of Pool and/or Hot Tub parts a plus, not a requirement
- Mature and reliable
- Neat and professional appearance
- Ability to speak effectively one on one
- Ability to effectively listen and interpret customer needs
- Ability to multi-task
- Effective organizational/communication skills
- Basic computer skills
