FOREMAN (Structures/Highway)
We have an immediate opening for a Structures/Highway Foreman in the Wilmington, DE area:
JOB DUTIES:
Accountable for all aspects of safety, quality, production and supervision of structures crews
Safety and Quality awareness and implementation are of the upmost importance; previous training in Good Practice is required; and candidate should hold a minimum of OSHA 10Hr, but OSHA 30Hr is desirable
Perform layout from Stakeout Information
Complete timesheets and production quantities daily
Prepare job hazard analysis, daily briefings and safety reports daily
Read job blueprints and construct to meet specification
QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ Years’ Experience in Foreman position
