Utilities Pre-Construction Civil Engineer

Utility, Municipal, Building Design, and Land Development seeking highly qualified civil engineers to assist in their aggressive growth. These positions are dynamic, career

Engineer contributes to a variety of Civil Engineering design projects for local
governments, utilities, and private contractors; develops and maintains client
relations; assist with fee proposals and qualifications; conducts field inspectors and
construction contract administration and other duties. The candidate should be personable and comfortable interacting
with clients, regulatory agencies, and other consultants. Will also filing NYC Department of Environmental Protection
(DEP) applications for: Site Connection Proposals, wet tap/ back flow prevention applications, and industrial waste permits
as applicable to a given project.
Job Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
● Possession of a BS degree with a major in CE
● PE or EIT Certification a plus
● Minimum of 4 years experience,
