Job Title: Plant Production Manager
Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Summary of Position
- This position is responsible for planning, controlling, and driving efficient production operations. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with experience in manufacturing.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Control and drive production.
- Stats - good Excel experience

Manage operator efficiency.

Assign production to plant.

Schedule operators’ workload.

Establish and manage process flows and efficiency.

Train, mentor, and coach employees in best manufacturing practice.

Implement and monitor LEAN manufacturing progression.

Qualifications & Requirements

5+ years’ experience in a similar role.

Knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.

Experience in machining of small precision parts using mills, lathes, and grinders.

Knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing practices.

Experience in independently managing operations with track record of improving efficiencies.

Proven success in creating and implementing new processes and procedures.
