Job Details:
Permanent Production Supervisor Position | 2nd or 3rd Shift | North Adams Massachusetts
$70,000 to $90,000 and Relocation with Benefits that start Day One
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise overnight production for safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with day-shift for seamless production.
- Apply LEAN/Six Sigma for waste reduction and process improvement.
- Ensure ISO standards and certifications are met.
- Train and develop staff, maintain inventory, and resolve production issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
- Proven production supervision in manufacturing.
- LEAN/Six Sigma knowledge.
- ISO familiarity.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work overnight shifts.
