Controls Technician

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; AAS Electrical Tech preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience with manufacturing equipment and PLC controls systems

-Some PLC programming experience
- Knowledge of electrical schematics and ability to troubleshoot production machinery
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations
- Food manufacturing experience a plus

Responsibilities:
- Program, troubleshoot, and modify equipment and Allen Bradley PLCs
- Support Safety, Quality, and Preventive Maintenance programs
- Keep production running smoothly and efficiently
- Assist with installation and enhancement of equipment
- Conduct plant audits and identify areas for continuous improvement
- Maintain process equipment and perform preventative maintenance
- Communicate and collaborate with team members and report any issues or concerns
