- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in heavy highway construction project management
- Proven track record of successfully managing municipal highway projects
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and permitting processes
- Professional Engineer (PE) license a plus but not necessary. 
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification preferred

- Estimating experience a big plus.
