Job Details:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Integration Technical Lead to join a high-performing team focused on delivering scalable, enterprise-grade integration solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys driving complex integrations across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce integration solutions across enterprise systems
- Architect and develop API-led integrations using REST/SOAP and middleware platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
- Oversee end-to-end integration lifecycle including design, development, testing, and deployment
- Ensure scalability, performance, and security of integration solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and data flow issues
- Drive best practices around code quality, documentation, and governance
- Support CI/CD processes and environment management
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience with Salesforce platform, including integration architecture
- Proven background leading complex system integrations in enterprise environments
- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and data integration patterns
- Experience with middleware/integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar)
- Solid understanding of data modeling, transformation, and ETL concepts
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning, and Salesforce development best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with API management and microservices architecture
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Prior experience in a technical lead or architect capacity
