Director of Human Resources Talent Management 

A national corporation is seeking to hire a Talent Management Director due to growth.  Qualified candidates will have experience in Talent Management, within Human Resources, and have similar experience:

  • Build upon current Talent Management programs and augment service delivery strategies thereby enhancing approaches for achieving growth across the enterprise
  • Offer proactive leadership on human resource initiatives
  • Assist in facilitating strategic planning and initiatives, change management and organizational design
  • Design and maintain company-wide human resources policies, procedures, and programs
  • Direct company-wide benefits program to include: reviewing existing benefits options, determining corporate benefits strategy and offerings, managing broker and vendor relationships, analyzing and negotiating benefit costs to achieve the best alternative for the company, and managing corporate benefits communications and open enrollment
  • Lead company-wide continuous feedback and performance review process
  • Assist leadership with compensation management to include making salary recommendations for new hires and existing employees based upon job title, qualifications, performance, location, market and size/health of company; Conduct annual review of salaries across the company to ensure equity of pay based on the same criteria
  • Lead in the development of training programs to expand the technology capabilities of the organization.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues as may from time-to-time arise; conduct effective, thorough, objective investigations and serve as an objective, third party in mediating conflict
  • Work closely with management and employees to continuously improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to leadership to include coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions
  • Oversee and develop employee led culture committee
  • Maintain responsibility for organizational compliance with federal, state and local legislation and regulations pertaining to employment and personnel matters
  • Serve as a trusted, confidential advisor to senior leadership and be an in-person presence for both employees and leadership to answer questions and provide input into conversations as needed
  • Generate human resources data reports and presentations as necessary
