Senior Technical HRIS Analyst with strong sql 
About the Position
The primary focus of this position is the administration, support and maintenance of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This individual serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The HRIS System Analyst is responsible for system upgrades, testing and other projects as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Serves as the system administrator and functional expert for the HRIS. Maintains the HR systems for the company – ensures data integrity and accuracy for all HRIS related items, including but not limited to:
o Data Tables, Workflow Processes and Transactions
o Policies and Procedures
o User Roles and System Access
o Report Writing and Dashboard Analytics
o Testing
o Content Management
• Partners with subject matter experts to ensure the system is functioning to meet their needs and identifies opportunities for improvement. Coordinates imports, exports and all interfaces.
• Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues, including creating and submitting support tickets and service requests. Recommends solutions or alternate methods to meet company requirements.
• Provides overall project management for annual programs (e.g. Open Enrollment, Performance Management, Year-end Tax Processes, etc.) in a timely fashion and within budget.
• Writes, maintains and supports a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools.
• Develops standard reports for on-going customer needs. Develops dashboards, scorecards and complex reports, assisting business with strategic decision making and analysis.
• Monitors workflow and audits for accuracy, security and efficient processing of requests.
• Develops user training materials, builds and records “how-to” webinars to ensure standard operating procedures are followed. Updates webinars and all training documentation with new product releases.
• May support other aspects of human resources, including but not limited to: compensation, benefits, performance management, talent acquisition & on-boarding, payroll, and employee relations.
• May participate on special projects that may or may not relate to Human Resources.

Requirements and Skills
• Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field preferred or equivalent years of experience required. Equivalent years of experience are defined as one year of professional experience for each year of college requested.
• Experience with SQL SSIS SSRS is required
• Minimum 5+ years of experience functioning within a human capital management (HCM) system (e.g. UltiPro, ADP, Workday, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, etc.) required.
• General knowledge of various human resources related rules & regulations (e.g. FMLA, FLSA, general benefits and document management, etc.) required.
• Experience with SQL is required

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, in addition to other Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to maintain an extremely high level of confidentiality.
