Manager of IT Support Services
Client is seeking a candidate with 5+ years expereince managing shared support services. This person will oversee the field support, desktop technology team, and Help desk group. This person should be will versed in people management and have a strong grasp on the latest trends in Desktop Services. The ability to manage projects and deployments for both applications and hardware while maintaining the highest level of end user satisfaction is required for this role.
