Production Manager (Second Shift)
One of the premier glass manufacturers on the east coast is opening a newly created position for a Production Manager to oversee 4 Production Supervisors for their second shift. Position is full time/permanent with outstanding medical/dental/401k/vacation benefits. Job Description and Duties:
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Management, or related.
- 5-10+ years in a glass(or related) fabrication manufacturing environment is a must.
- Ability to oversee 4 Production Supervisors and 30 production workers.
- Direct all production functions from start to finish.
- Analyze plant personnel and resources.
- Conduct regular plant meetings.
- Monitor production standards and implement quality control programs.
- Ok with working second shift 3:30pm to midnight.
- Team leadership and communication skills.
