BIM Project Manager

This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects using the latest BIM technology, while also providing the chance to lead and develop a talented team. 

Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage BIM workload, collaborating with engineers, designers, and other technicians
- Develop 3D BIM models and produce construction drawings for various water and sewer projects
- Recruit, develop, and mentor team members to ensure a positive and efficient work environment
- Communicate with project managers and engineers to ensure timely project delivery
- Maintain quality program compliance and assist with standards development and training

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in CAD or similar field preferred
- 5+ years of CAD experience in architectural or engineering design
- 2+ years of project leadership experience
- Proficiency in BIM software, specifically Revit
- Strong communication and training skills
- Knowledge of water and wastewater treatment equipment (preferred)
- Familiarity with Civil 3D, point clouds, and BIM360
